Carl, Steve, Lisa and Glenn were absolutely fantastic and so friendly; we felt like we had known them for years. They took great care of our son throughout and treated him with the utmost dignity, from collecting him from our home after he died, to making him look so smart in his suit and so peaceful in the chapel of rest. From the very first moment we met them, we were treated with genuine empathy, kindness and respect, and they provided us with so much support during the most devastating time of our lives. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their compassion helped us navigate an unbearable situation with reassurance and care. We will be forever grateful for the dignity, sensitivity and humanity they showed our son and our family.

The Funeral Director was excellent, as well as the person who guided myself and the other bearers on what to do when handling the coffin at the church. Our funeral arranger was also very helpful and polite. Excellent company to deal with, and made everything easy during a time of high stress and emotion.
